The Graduate students in Chemical and Materials Engineering department have had a string of achievements in the recent past. We have 2 Share Your Experience speakers for the day- Jesus Sambrano Jr.
Jesse will talk about his application experience to the coveted NIH grant and being awarded the F31 Ruth L. Kirschstein Predoctoral Individual National Research Service Award. To know more about the nuances of bagging a NIH grant which only 3 students in the past have been able to do at NMSU; do listen to his talk. Ali Amiri
Ali will talk about the state of his new technology in water desalination for which he has been awarded through the NSF I-Corps program. He will share his experience of promoting his technology for which he has been traveling extensively to get feedback, gain customers and potential investors as part of the program.
